Social Justice Book Study: Let This Radicalize You, January 8th, 2024, 6:30-8pm
This is a new social justice book club, highlighting authors who hold intersectional, marginalized identities. Director of Children's Faith Development, Macey Forsyth, is starting and leading this group, but she is hopeful that the time and space spent together may take on a collaborative life of its own! We will plan to meet in the lower level of UUFM.
We will start slowly in digging into this material, so there is no need to have read the book in its entirety prior to attending.
We are a welcoming congregation, striving for radical inclusivity, and this event is being held free of charge (though donations to the UUFM are always welcome).
Please reach out to Macey (she, her) at cfddirector@uumankato.org if you have specific questions, or just mention them on the form.
